REPLACEMENT PORT Charcoal Kilns can restore older charcoal kilns.

Two sizes available:

• LARGE: suitable for kilns 5' diameter and above
• SMALL: suitable for MINI kilns and MIDI kilns

In our experience most charcoal kilns will give up to 10 years of active service depending on how they have been looked after.

Ports are usually the first component to degrade as they are in contact with the ground and continually heated to very high temperatures.

Select x6 LARGE ports for kiln diameters up to 6' diameter and x8 LARGE ports for kilns over 6' diameter.

Woodsmith MINI kilns require x4 SMALL ports and Woodsmith MIDI kilns require x6 SMALL ports

Woodsmith Replacement Ports are designed for chimneys to fit inside the port spigot.

Dimensions LARGE Kilns

• Height  -  100mm (4"), excluding spigot
• Width    - 170mm (6 3/4")
• Length  -  416mm (16 3/8")
• Spigot internal diameter 107mm (4 3/8") which will fit 100mm (4") dia. chimneys.

Made from durable 4mm thick mild steel.

Dimensions SMALL Kilns

• Height - 65mm (2 1/2"), excluding spigot
• Width - 130mm (5")
• Length - 300mm (11 3/4")
• Spigot internal diameter 83mm (3 1/4") which will fit 100mm (3") dia. chimneys.
