Made from premium quality saddle leather, hand stitched and made specifically for the Gransfors Bruk Large Carving Axe.

Will fit all grinds of the model, including the standard hickory handle or the carved handled versions.

Top loading.

Completely made by hand from natural 3mm thick British, dyed-through veg-tanned saddle leather.

Hand-stitched and riveted for maximum strength.

Robust stitching holds an extra layer of leather (the welt), to prevent the cutting edge of your axe coming into contact with the thread.

The sheaths edges have been carefully burnished and the faces finished with a leather dressing.

Closes with a single popper fastener.

This sheath should last for many years if kept clean and treated from time to time with a leather dressing.
