Extension Ring 7' Charcoal Kiln is a good option to choose for commercial charcoal production.

We have used extension rings extensively in our own business. Not only do they provide extra capacity by approx 33% every burn but also offered greater operational flexibility. Essential if you are making charcoal commercially.

Similar material spec to the standard 7' base ring but only 610mm (24") tall.   It is possible, with great care, to manually place this extension ring on top of the base ring by rolling and sliding.

Extension Ring 7' Charcoal Kiln fits perfectly on top of one of our standard 7' ring kiln using the original lid.
