The Mini Charcoal Kiln is the most compact model in our Woodsmith charcoal kiln range, designed specifically for small-scale charcoal production. This steel kiln transforms low-value hardwood into high-quality BBQ charcoal, making it an excellent resource for small woodland owners, countryside parks, agricultural/forestry colleges, and conservation groups.

• Production Capacity: Capable of producing 15-20kg of charcoal from hardwoods like oak, birch, and sycamore.
• Usage: Ideal for demonstrations, teaching, and small-scale personal production rather than commercial charcoal production. A typical burn completes in 4-5 hours.

• Construction: Made from mild steel of various thicknesses.
  • 1 x Ring: 3mm thick, 790mm (31") diameter x 635mm (25") height. Top flange - 5mm, Bottom Flange - 10mm.
  • 1 x Lid: 1.6mm thick with stiffening ring and three handles.
  • 4 x Ports: 3mm thick
  • 2 x Chimneys: High-quality 1.5mm ERW tube, 1.2m (4') long x 75mm (3") diameter, each with a butterfly valve for temperature control.
• Finish: Comes with a plain steel finish, potentially showing superficial traces of rust upon delivery.
