If you have previously bought a Robert Sorby ProEdge Knife Sharpening Kit with either the Small Holder or just the Large Holder then this option let's you add the missing Holder, broadening the range of blades that can be sharpened.

Please note that you will need to already own the Robert Sorby ProEdge Knife Sharpening Kit to use this holder (either the PEKJIGS or PEKJIGL).

• The Small knife holder is suitable for pocket knives and blades up 8" long. Part Code: PEKHS
• The Large knife holder is suitable for knives over 8". Part Code: PEKHL

Both holders can be adjusted using the collar on the arm to allow for steep and shallow sharpening bevels.

Usual Robert Sorby quality, accurately sharpening knives time after time.
