I have the 24" version of this and quite simply one of the best timber processesingbtools I've ever bought. More versatile than tongs as you can pickup anything from a full ring, a split ring, or length of pole or branch. You can easily move either very hard logs or half rotted ones. I find the tool strikes very nicely and true and bites in well whilst coming off thd log with a slight rocking action. The geometry of the head is perfect. I can pickup and carry rounds or split rounds up to 25 or 30kg with it and drag farr heavier pole or trunk sections.
