Microplane Round Large Rasp is used to shape wood but will also cut  plastics, rubber etc

Manufactured in the USA from high grade stainless steel. A unique design consisting of hundreds of extremely sharp teeth for fast and effortless cutting.

We first used these to enlarge or clean holes on a range of green woodworking projects including shavehorse bodies.

For example when we drill a 1" hole through 6" of shavehorse body by coming in from two sides, any dog leg in the hole can be easily sorted with a round Microplane.

Durable, non-clogging and rustproof.

Microplane Round Large Rasp leaves a good finish, requiring only a light sanding to further refine the surface.
