Kay Embretsen Carving Knives feature hand-forged blades and come with durable, hand-stitched leather blade guards. Choose from four blade lengths or opt for the complete Knife Set - make your selection from the drop-down box:

Each blade is crafted from laminated steel, tailored for wood carving and features a small hollow grind for easy honing. Right out of the box, these knives are sharp and ready for use. The Brut de Forge carbon steel blades boast a unique black forged finish.
Handles are made from birch, approximately 110mm (4 1/4") long, ergonomically designed with fine facets for a comfortable grip. Handles are stained in different colours corresponding to the blade length for quick identification.
Included with each knife is a finely crafted, hand-stitched blade guard for protection.
