The Hans Karlsson Mini Gouge is a hand crafted bent gouge by the renowned Swedish toolmakers, Hans Karlsson Klensmide AB. Known as a minijarn in Sweden, this miniature gouge is an essential addition to any wood carver's collection, perfect for detailed and intricate work.
With a doubly curved blade made from the robust Swedish ball bearing steel (SS2258), it promises outstanding durability and a razor-sharp edge for efficient hollowing of spoons, small bowls, cups, kuksa and ladles. The out-cannel bevel design ensures ease of sharpening on a standard bench stone, while its ash handle provides a comfortable and secure grip, enhancing your control and precision in every cut. Comes sharpened and honed, ready for use.
