Proudly made in Sweden, the Gränsfors Bruk Double-Bit Working Axe is designed for balance and efficiency, primarily for tree felling. Historically, these double-bit felling axes were more popular in America than in Great Britain. One side can be sharpened finely for cutting, while the other can be sturdier for ground-level work. This axe offers both edges with the same grind. This axe shares the head design with the Gränsfors Bruk Double-bit Throwing Axe, which, in contrast, features a shorter 29" handle without the swell knob.
